How to pay for goods?
Currently, payment is accepted through a Korea Bank plastic card.
If I place an order, will postage be free?
We deliver orders within Korea by mail for only 4,000 won. If the order exceeds 20 kg, you will need to pay an additional 4,000 won.
When will the order be delivered?
All orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Your order will be delivered in 1-2 days.
How much is the surcharge for a parcel to Jeju and other islands?
Surcharge is only 2,000 won.
Do I need a phone number when I want to make a purchase or use PAYNET services?
Yes, sure. This is a mandatory requirement of Korean law.
