Delivery Terms

The OPTOM team pays special attention to quality when sending mail to customers. All precautions are taken depending on the type of products so that they are delivered in perfect condition. In hot summer days, food products such as meat are sent in a special foam plastic box with ice.

Most importantly, the fees vary depending on the size of the mail. For orders over ₩4000 and over ₩99'000, respectively, shipping is absolutely free, regardless of the size of the post.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. And you can get it the next day. This also contributes to the quality of food products.

Products will be delivered to any address in Korea as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days.
